Our dryer stopped working over the weekend, it wouldnt get hot anymore. We called Xpertise, and they told us it would be roughly $80 if we didnt pursue repairs. They sent out Mirleur, who spent a total of about 25 minutes (i was amazed at his speed!) diagnosing our broken heating unit, repairing it, and went on his way. He was fast, professional, and now our dryer is working again! The parts and labor were our only cost, as he waived the diagnostic fee. We were very pleased with his work, and his card will be kept on the fridge for future repairs!

LG refrigerator stopped working over weekend,repaired within 5 days. Mirleur the tech was very courteous, prompt. Diagnosed problem(compressor relay)and replaced within 5 days. Boom refrigerator on line ready for weekend. Thank you Xpertise Appliance Repair highly recommended.

The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable and took care of my issue. Also, he talked me through the entire process to ensure I understood the process. Definitely reliable service, and they were on time, which I really appreciated.

Xpertise appliance is by far the best appliance company I’ve encountered in jacksonville, matter of fact in Florida. My oven wasn’t heating at all, I couldn’t bake nor broil. Every appliance company that came to diagnose my appliance said “they didn’t know what was actually wrong with my oven” until Xpertise appliance came out to diagnose my oven. I thought it was just another non-experience technician but he actually found the problem and fixed it that same day because I have been waiting for so long. He also educated me on how to prolong the years on all my home appliances. Their technicians have Great customer service, friendly workers, polite and the best technician you should ALWAYS CALL!!!

I had a stovetop range that had a spot that wasn’t working properly and I heard an ad on the radio about this company and gave it a try, and I was delighted with how professional they were, they came at the time they said the would come and I was good to go that same day, the experience prompted me to use them a second time when my refrigerator went down and they delivered the same exceptional service again.

Repaired the washer, the dryer and the refrigerator when needed and thoroughly researched a specific part needed for the refrigerator.
